Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and must be proficient in using Tally ERP software for day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Handle general ledger accounting and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

• Monitor accounting data and produce financial insights for management decision-making.

• Liaise with auditors and support internal and external audits.

• Enforce and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

• Experience with Tally ERP is a must.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, etc

• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.

• Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
