About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves managing Purchase Orders (POs), tracking incoming products, handling invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry in Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs).

• Monitor and verify incoming products against POs and invoices.

• Record and update invoice entries in Zoho Books accurately and timely.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in POs, products, or invoices.

• Maintain proper documentation of all purchase and invoice records.

• Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations as required.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
