• Responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records in accounting systems.

• Support accounts payable/receivable processes, vendor management, and invoice tracking.

• Assist in monthly financial reporting, MIS preparation, and budget monitoring.

• Maintain records of stock inward & outward.

• Update vendor invoices in the system.

• Handle e-invoicing, e-way bills, and challans for dispatches.
