Job Title: Finance Manager / Finance Head
Location: Worldmark, Sector 65, Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Reports To: CFO
Industry Preference: Real Estate (preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head to lead our finance operations. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, cash flow, and supervising a team of Chartered Accountants and Accountants. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Indian financial regulations, and experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CFO in strategic financial planning and budgeting

• Supervise daily accounting, audits, tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and bank relationships

• Review financial statements and MIS reports

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls

• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years in finance/accounting including team management

• CA or MBA in Finance

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with ERP systems, Tally, Excel

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
