We are looking for an Finance Manager to join our team Red Bean Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Financial Management

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Monitor financial performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Team Management

• Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.

• Provide training and development to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with Freshers.
