We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Finance and Accounts to lead the Finance & Accounts function and support the CFO in driving financial planning, business performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Annual Business Planning.
Prepare, review, and analyze Financial Statements in compliance with the Companies Act, applicable Accounting Standards, and statutory requirements.
Develop and present periodic MIS reports, business performance dashboards, and variance analysis for management review.
Manage Cash Flow, Working Capital, Treasury Operations, and Inventory Controls to optimize liquidity and operational efficiency.
Drive Cost Control initiatives, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Profitability Improvement.
Ensure timely compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and financial reporting requirements.
Liaise with Banks, Financial Institutions, Auditors, Government Authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, FEMA (where applicable), and other regulatory requirements.
Support the CFO and Management in strategic financial planning, business expansion, investment evaluation, and commercial decision-making.
Eligibility & Experience
Inter CA and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) are mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, Banking, Treasury, and Corporate Finance.
Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Internal Controls, and Audit processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Tally, MS Office (Advanced Excel), cloud-based applications, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to lead finance teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions.
