Position: Billing & Invoicing Executive

Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Manage and maintain billing records, credit/debit notes, and delivery challans.
Track receivables and follow up on pending payments.
Coordinate with the accounts team for GST filing and reconciliation.
Assist in monthly closing activities related to billing and invoicing.
Generate and maintain reports for management, including sales reports and outstanding reports.
Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and journal vouchers in Tally.
Ensure accuracy in tax calculations (GST, TDS) and compliance with applicable laws.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Good understanding of billing and accounting processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Working knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools
B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or any related field
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Organized, punctual, and responsible
