Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry in Tally - Sale, Purchase, Payment, Receipts & Journal Vouchers

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in accounting software Tally ERP

• Book Keeping

• Ensure timely tax filings (GSTR1 & GSTR3B)

• Manage Ledger, Bank & GST reconciliations

• Make follow-ups as per tasks assigned

•GST Return filing

•Statutory Audits

•Audits under Income Tax Act (Tax Audit)

•ITR Filing

•Accounting and book keeping

Key Skills for the role:

Accounting Software Proficiency: Skilled in Tally software, for transaction processing, financial reporting, and automation.

Email Proficiency: Software Outlook, Email drafting & follow ups.

Income Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge of TDS calculations, TDS return filing and audit preparation.

GST Compliance: Strong knowledge of GST laws & GST return filing

Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills in data analysis, automation using functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables

Abilities: Good analytical and numerical skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Good communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of Zoho software is a strong plus.
