Job Description

Mad Over Print is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring timely compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, invoices, and payment entries.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.

• Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related compliances.

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.

• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
