We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, and support compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance processes within an NBFC or lending organization.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable management.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Monitor loan disbursement and repayment entries in accounting software.
Support management with financial data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in an NBFC or financial company).
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in loan accounting or reconciliation.
Working knowledge of financial compliance and audits.
Certification in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) is an advantage.
