He/she shall be responsible for financial management, accounting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Maintain accounts, bookkeeping, and financial documentation as per organisational norms.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, donor requirements, and statutory regulations.
Prepare monthly expenditure statements, fund utilisation reports, and financial summaries.
Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and audit‑ready financial records.
Support procurement processes, vendor payments, and contract documentation.
Maintain and update the asset register and inventory records.
Coordinate with the Project Manager for budget planning and utilisation.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds to field teams as per approved budgets.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
Support financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost‑control measures.
