The ideal candidate for Finance & Accounting will support daily accounting operations, including payroll for blue-collar staff, statutory challans, and expense management, while maintaining accurate financial records and registers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance processes.

• Payroll Preparation:

Prepare and process monthly salaries for blue-collar employees, including attendance, overtime, and applicable deductions.

• Challan & Compliance Support:

Prepare statutory challans (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and maintain compliance documentation as required.

• Expense Register Maintenance:

Record and track daily operational expenses with accuracy and timely updates.

• Invoice Master Management:

Maintain invoice records with complete vendor details, tax information, and payment status.

• Attendance & Overtime Tracking:

Coordinate with HR/Admin to maintain the attendance and overtime register for all eligible employees.

• Support Audit & MIS Reporting:

Assist in preparing documentation and financial data for internal audits and management reports.

• Operation Support Responsibilities – Individual will act as back up for Ops support responsibilities which includes managing Bookings, Be point of contact for Service partners & drivers.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel:

Should possess strong Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and basic macros.

• Email Communication:

Ability to write clear, professional, and effective emails for internal and external communication.

• Critical Thinking:

Ability to analyze data, question inconsistencies, and approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset.

• Business Perspective:

A strong understanding of business processes and the impact of financial operations on overall performance.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally or similar) is an added advantage

• Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience

• Understanding of payroll and basic statutory compliance preferred
