About the Role

STEMx is looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, taxation, and day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting entries.

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

- Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

- Help process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.

- Support payroll documentation and statutory compliance.

- Organize financial documents and maintain accurate records.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.

- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related documentation.

- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP software is an added advantage.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
