Payroll Specialist Accountant, US Federal/State Tax Analyst, Project Setup Basic Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline. Relevant experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Payroll, Tax, Audit, Project Accounting, or related functions. Experience supporting accounting/ payroll operations for the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and/or Canada Experience working in a shared services or global payroll environment. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Knowledge in Payroll, international tax filings, statutory filings Preferred Qualifications CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Deltek, Costpoint, PeopleSoft, or other ERP systems. Knowledge of US Federal/State Tax regulations, payroll legislation, project accounting, or audit processes. Experience supporting multinational or shared services environments. Continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization experience. Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, audit support activities, or internal compliance processes. Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project maintenance activities, and charge number controls.
