Job Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Executive – Chairman Office (Accounts) to support the financial and accounting operations of the organization while assisting the Chairman's Office in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Book.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations on a regular basis.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related documentation and approvals.
Ensure timely recording of financial transactions with accuracy.
Support statutory audits and internal audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
Assist in maintaining financial compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Perform any additional accounting and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director, General Manager, or Chairman's Office.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and hardworking.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
