  • Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Executive – Chairman Office (Accounts) to support the financial and accounting operations of the organization while assisting the Chairman's Office in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Book.

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payments.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations on a regular basis.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related documentation and approvals.

  • Ensure timely recording of financial transactions with accuracy.

  • Support statutory audits and internal audits by providing necessary documents and reports.

  • Assist in maintaining financial compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Perform any additional accounting and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director, General Manager, or Chairman's Office.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and hardworking.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

  • Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

  • Good understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
