Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books or equivalent accounting software.
Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
Reconcile bank accounts, GST records, and ledger balances.
Maintain project-wise expense tracking and reporting.
Assist management in monthly MIS and financial reporting.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for accounting finalization and audits.
GST, Taxation & Compliance
Support GST filing preparation and reconciliation.
Maintain records for TDS deductions and payments.
Coordinate with external consultants for statutory compliance.
Maintain documentation related to company filings, contracts, and agreements.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Raise purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoices.
Track inventory and office assets.
Maintain vendor database and payment status.
Administration
Handle office administration and vendor coordination.
Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate courier, documentation, and office supplies.
Support HR activities such as onboarding and employee documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as required.
Support project teams in documentation and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reports).
Experience working with government projects, tenders, or service companies.
Experience handling procurement and vendor management.
Knowledge of MCA compliance documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
