Account Executive – Job Responsibilities

• Perform standard accounting tasks including, but not limited to, payments processing, billing, and payment reconciliations.

• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi, including professional email writing and client communication.

• Review and analyze claims and supporting documents to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.

• Coordinate with customers/policyholders, service centers, and internal accounting teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and smooth workflow.

• Utilize Excel and data analytics tools for reporting, data management, and financial analysis.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies through prompt communication via phone, email, and other channels.
