  Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement of the ERP platform used across multiple departments.

  Key Responsibilities

ERP System Management

• Configure, manage, and maintain the organization’s ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches.

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in line with departmental needs and security policies.

Data Management & Reporting

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all ERP modules.

• Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments.

• Support data migration and system integration activities as needed.

User Support & Training

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to ERP users, resolving issues promptly.

• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to improve system adoption and efficiency.

• Act as the primary liaison between end-users and ERP vendors or internal IT teams.

Process Optimization

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system.

• Customize workflows, forms, and reports based on business requirements.

• Support cross-functional automation and ERP module implementation projects.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

• Maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols for ERP data.

• Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in the ERP environment.

    Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP administration (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of databases and reporting tools.

• Understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, and HR.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional or technical ERP issues.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills

• Experience in custom module development or ERP customization.

• Familiarity with API integration and third-party system connections.

• Knowledge of scripting or basic programming.
