         Job Summary:

·         We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Executive – ERP Admin to assist in the daily administration, maintenance, and support of the ERP system. The role involves user support, data accuracy monitoring, and basic troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide first-level support to users for ERP-related issues.

·          Create, update, and manage user accounts, roles, and access rights in the ERP system.

·          Monitor data entries for accuracy and completeness across departments.

·          Assist in ERP module configurations and testing for new features or updates.

·          Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.

·          Generate routine reports and assist in data analysis as required.

·          Document procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-user
