Accounts ERP executive/ MIS

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Executive to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP modules, enabling seamless digital transformation across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify ERP implementation requirements.

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Configure and implement ERP modules based on business needs.

• Coordinate ERP implementation across Production, Planning, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Sales, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch.

• Prepare, validate, and migrate master and transactional data.

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support Go-Live activities.

• Train end users and provide post-implementation functional support.

• Coordinate with the development team for ERP customization, integration, and issue resolution.

• Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare SOPs, implementation documents, user manuals, and project reports.

• Ensure timely completion of implementation projects while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing ERP implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), MRP, BOM, Routing, Inventory, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Maintenance processes.

• Business process mapping and workflow optimization.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and ERP reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and user training abilities.

• Project coordination and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
