Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order execution cycle, from order receipt through dispatch and final payment collection.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure timely approvals, material availability, and smooth project execution.
Monitor order progress, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
Prepare, maintain, and update all order-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer requirements, order details, and project information into the ERP system.
Provide regular order status updates to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate dispatch activities, logistics arrangements, shipment documentation, and payment procedures to ensure on-time deliveries.
Follow up proactively on pending orders, outstanding payments, and customer requirements to minimize delays.
Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, exhibitions, marketing events, and customer engagement initiatives as required.
Maintain comprehensive records of project and order execution activities for reporting, analysis, and future reference.
