Location: Mylapore
Type: Full-time

Education: BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field

Job Description:

  • Provide support and training to ERP users

  • Maintain and manage the ERP system across various modules

  • Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and regular updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions

  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to vendors when needed

  • Monitor ERP system performance and ensure data integrity

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and manuals

  • Daily tasks and key functions

  • Team structure and reporting manager
