ERP executive/ MIS

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage ERP system (including trade portal) for daily business operations.

• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance in ERP.

• Handle warehousing operations in ERP such as stock entry, inventory updates, GRN, and dispatch records.

• Generate reports and MIS using ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

• Draft and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.

• Maintain data accuracy with fast and error-free typing.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Gender: Male candidate only.

• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, shortcut keys, calculation formulas).

• Proficient in email drafting & communication.

• Excellent typing speed with accuracy.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (experience in warehousing operations will be an added advantage).

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
