ERP Executive / Project coordinator / PMO

Location: A&D Plant, Mahindra world city Ajmer road , Bagrur area

Industry: Export – Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle Products, Stone & Building Material, Hospitality industry.

Reporting to: Transformation Head

Role Purpose

The Transformation PMO will support and drive execution of a multi-year business transformation

program aimed at scaling the organisation by 5X.

This is a high-energy, execution-oriented role for an early-career professional who can bring rigor,

follow-through, and structure to multiple transformation initiatives, while working closely with senior

leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Execution

• Drive day-to-day execution of multiple transformation initiatives across operations,

supply chain, ERP, sales, exports, domestic expansion, and cost optimisation

• Break high-level initiatives into clear tasks, milestones, owners, and timelines

• Ensure timely closure of actions through rigorous follow-up

PMO Governance & Tracking

• Maintain a central transformation plan and trackers

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits

• Highlight slippages early and propose corrective actions

Senior Leadership Coordination

• Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT,

and HR

• Act as a neutral execution enabler who can push, remind, and escalate diplomatically

• Prepare structured inputs for leadership

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly leadership decks

• Maintain risk and issue logs with clear ownership and mitigation plans

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks

• Proactively flag risks related to decisions, capacity, or timelines

• Track mitigation actions to closure

Ad-hoc Strategic Support

• Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops, and

vendor coordination

• Act as a hands-on problem solver, not just a tracker
