Job Description

We are looking for a female candidate for Job Title: CRM & Accounts Executive (Real Estate)

Experience: 1+ Years (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Camac Street

Key Responsibilities

Prepare project-wise P&L, MIS, and financial reports.

Maintain accounting records, ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Handle customer billing, collections, invoicing, GST, and TDS.

Manage CRM activities from booking to possession.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

Maintain customer and financial records and assist in audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Real Estate company.

Knowledge of P&L, accounting, CRM, GST, TDS, and reconciliations.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and CRM software.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
