Job Role - Accounts cum E-Commerce Executive is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial health. They analyze financial data, develop projections, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Also To perform in the Finance & Accounting department, handling general accounting, bank reconciliation and day to handling in the department

 Education -                     B.Com passed from any reputed University

MBA after B.Com would be preferred.

Location -                        Gharaunda, Karnal

Key Skills –

Ø  Experience on e-commerce is a must.

Ø  Sale entries in account books from Amazon preferably & others online sales portals.

Ø  Can manage company’s P&L accounts effectively.

Ø  Complete Knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS

E-commerce Platform Reconciliation

Ø  Reconciling sales and returns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

Ø  Tracking and validating marketplace commission charges, shipping fees, and GST deducted by platforms.

Accounting Knowledge

Ø  Knowledge of account entries in Books / Tally

Ø  Balance sheet Preparation

Ø  Bank Reconciliation & Billing knowledge

Ø  Excellent in Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

Accounts Payable & Receivable 

Ø  Managing payments to vendors/suppliers.

Ø  Coordinating credit notes, debit notes, and returns.

Inventory & Cost Accounting

Ø  Assisting in inventory valuation and stock accounting.

Ø  Calculating landed cost per product (product cost + shipping + packaging + tax).

Ø  Coordinating with the warehouse team for physical stock verification.

Payment Gateway & Bank Reconciliation

Ø  Matching payment gateway receipts with orders (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).

Ø  Bank reconciliation and follow-ups for chargebacks, disputes, or failed transactions.

MIS Reporting & Analysis

Ø  Generating periodic sales, expense, and profit reports.

Ø  Analyzing margins per product, category, or sales channel

Other  Skills Required

Ø  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST rules.

Ø  Familiarity with Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.

Ø  Understanding of online marketplaces and payment gateways.

Ø  Attention to detail and accuracy.
