Role Accountability Achieve application fulfilment targets across all Banca sales channels in the geography assigned Ensure daily productivity management of doc boys (3rd party contract staff) Ensure that cost per application is mantained within budgetary limits Ensure adhrerance to processes to control frauds and data leakages within assigned territory Perform efficient territory allocation and route planning for staff to enhance logistical efficiencies Collate and share performance metrics data for own territory to enable periodic MIS preparation Ensure timely adoption of technology changes/enhancements to application fulfillment within the team Perform process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Fulfilment Ratio of applications (% of total) Cost of Fulfillment per application NFTE Productivity Target & Fulfilment TAT Fulfilment TAT No. of complaints related to fulfillment Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Knowledge of Credit cards Sales, Distribution and Fulfilment process Competencies critical to the role Stakeholder Management Result Orientation Process Orientation Detail Orientation Qualification Graduate in any discipline Preferred Industry FSI Experience Level Mid Level
