We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and transactional data, maintaining records, and assisting the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
Enter and update invoices, purchase orders, bills, and vouchers in accounting software
Maintain accurate and organized records of financial data
Assist in preparing reports, ledgers, and reconciliations
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation and clarification
Ensure timely and error-free data entries
Support the accounts team with administrative and clerical tasks
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software
Fast and accurate typing skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
Good communication and coordination skills
