Data and Reconnaissance Division Lead

Data & Recon Division Lead Job Summary: The Data and Recon Division Lead manages intelligence gathering, data analysis, and strategic decision-making, requiring strong analytical skills, technical expertise , and effective communication. This role also serves as a bridge between management and staff, facilitating global communication and coordination while emphasizing leadership, adaptability, and ethical conduct. Responsibilities: Team span, responsible for handling a team of 30 to 50. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative, financial, personnel, and procedural activities for product and/or service operations functions in a non-manufacturing environment for a company site(s). Leads site efforts to develop and improve through efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organization resources. Directs operations review of cost and service structures, productivity measures, and delivery methods to achieve planned targets. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between management and staff. May select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of t he function/unit. Required skills: Proficiency in technical tools and software such as Jira, SQL (Python, preferred). K nowledge of various asset types such as equities, fixed instruments, structure instruments, funds etc. Adaptability to changing environments. Ability to inspire and motivate teams. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Project management skills to manage system upgrades or implementations. Ability to learn rapidly to act on any team issue . Closely mentor team leads to ensure division alignment . Understanding of data privacy and security regulations . Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office . Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills . Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Education and Experience: Certified MBA degree in human resources, business administration, finance, sales and marketing or a related field from a reputed college. 12+ years of relevant experience.
