The ideal candidate should be confident, field-ready, and capable of leading a team while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency. Monitor and maintain collection performance across the assigned portfolio. Manage repossession activities and coordinate with repossession agents and sales teams for asset disposal. Liaise with collection agencies to ensure effective recovery strategies. Handle legal formalities related to collections and repossession in coordination with the legal department. Conduct field visits as required to support and supervise collection efforts. Train and guide the collections team to enhance performance and compliance. Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in all collection activities. Experience Level Mid Level
