Credit Officer responsibilities in an NBFC:1. Enter customer and loan data accurately into the loan management system.2. Collect KYC, income proofs, bank statements, GST/ITR documents digitally.3. Verify completeness and authenticity of documents and follow up for pending items.4. Check customer eligibility as per NBFC credit policy and process loan applications.5. Run CIBIL and bureau checks and validate customer information.6. Prepare complete loan files with all required documents and reports.7. Draft credit appraisal notes/proposal notes for approval.8. Coordinate with operations, legal, and verification teams for smooth processing.
