Credit Officer

We are looking for an Credit Officer ( Affordable Home Loans ) to join our team Indics Solution. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regional Credit Manager in credit appraisal and decision-making.

• Conduct personal discussions (PDs) with applicants to evaluate repayment capacity and intent.

• Perform field visits, income assessments, and reference checks of applicants.

• Verify documents such as KYC, financials, property papers, and bank statements.

• Prepare credit assessment memos and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Liaise with sales, operations, and legal teams for seamless loan processing.

• Monitor portfolio quality and support early identification of risky accounts.

• Maintain MIS and reports related to credit activities.

• Ensure proper documentation in line with RBI/NHB guidelines and company credit policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in housing finance/NBFC sector.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel for PDs and field investigations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Male candidates preferred, as the role involves extensive field visits.
