FinanceKaart.com is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Branch Credit Manager to lead credit operations and drive growth.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Branch Credit Manager

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 4+ Years (Mandatory)

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 💰 No Bar for the Right Candidate

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱: Strong exposure to DSA Vertical

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: BFSI / Lending / Financial Services

💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead end-to-end credit underwriting and approvals

• Manage credit quality, risk assessment & policy compliance

• Handle DSA channel cases across multiple loan products

• Coordinate with sales, DSAs & lending partners

• Ensure strong TAT, portfolio quality & team efficiency

• Support branch growth and business targets

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆:

• Only Male Cadidates

• 4+ years experience in Credit / Underwriting

• Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loans

• Hands-on experience with DSA-driven portfolios

• Leadership mindset with strong analytical skills
