
The Credit Life Officer (CLO) is responsible for driving business through partner bank/NBFC branches by sourcing credit life insurance policies. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with partner staff, ensuring business growth, and providing excellent customer service and operational support.
Drive sales of Credit Life Insurance products through partner branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner branch managers and staff.
Identify potential customers from the partner’s loan portfolio (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, etc.).
Ensure timely conversion of leads into policy issuance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product training and refresher sessions for partner employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth policy processing.
Track and report business performance to senior management.
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Good communication and presentation ability
Knowledge of Credit Life / Bancassurance model preferred
Basic understanding of financial and insurance products
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Graduation / Post-Graduation (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field)
2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / NBFC / Banking
Experience in Credit Life business will be an added advantage
