Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO Assessing repayment capacity of borrow /entities on structure Carrying requisite site visit and understanding market dynamics specific to the case . Specialized job competencies: Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction Analysis of financials. Desired Experience: Role is sector agnostic hence looking desired experience
