Job Title: Credit Manager

Job Summary:
The Credit Manager oversees the company's credit operations, including assessing
creditworthiness, managing risk, and ensuring timely collections. This role balances risk
management with customer satisfaction and collaborates with sales and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Evaluate credit applications and determine credit limits.
● Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
● Monitor credit risk and manage collections of overdue accounts.
● Prepare and present credit reports and analysis.
● Supervise and mentor the credit team.
● Collaborate with other departments to align credit strategies.
● Handling leads that are received through online digital
● Marketing Research and evaluate clients
● creditworthiness after checking all documents
● Create credit scoring models to predict risks.
● Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.
● Calculate and set interest rates.
● Negotiate loan
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in credit management or related finance roles.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in credit
management software and Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions:
Standard working hours with potential for extended hours as needed.
