🎯 Job Summary:

The Billing Executive is responsible for handling customer billing at the store counter, ensuring accurate billing, smooth checkout experience, proper cash handling, and maintaining billing records as per company policy.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate bills using POS system.
Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and offers are applied.
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment modes.
Maintain daily cash tally and submit reports to Store Manager.
Check barcodes and product details before billing.
Resolve customer billing queries politely and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at billing counter.
Coordinate with floor staff for price or product clarification.
Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Support store team during rush hours.
