Key Responsibilities

Counter Billing Responsibilities

  • Handle counter sales and generate invoices/bills for walk-in customers

  • Accurately process billing including pricing, discounts, and GST

  • Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and maintain daily sales records

  • Handle customer queries related to billing and products

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter

Dispatch Responsibilities

  • Prepare delivery challans, packing slips, and dispatch documentation

  • Coordinate with warehouse/store staff for order picking and packing

  • Ensure correct quantity and quality of goods before dispatch

  • Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery

  • Update dispatch status and maintain dispatch registers
