Job Description

Invoice Generation: Accurately prepare, review, and print customer bills, receipts, and invoices using billing software.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments; ensure correct change is issued and cash registers are reconciled daily.
Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, address billing-related inquiries, and resolve discrepancies or disputes calmly and professionally.
Inventory & Sales Tracking: Keep track of daily retail sales and update inventory records to align with billing transactions.
Record Keeping: Maintain neat and organized files of daily transactions, receipts, and financial logs for auditing and reporting purposes
