Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage counter sales billing, invoicing, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth billing operations. The candidate should be familiar with billing software (preferably Vyapar) and capable of handling daily transactions efficiently.

Generate accurate invoices, quotations, and estimates
Handle GST billing and tax calculations
Manage daily sales entries and purchase entries
Maintain records of receivables and payables
Follow up with clients for pending payments
Coordinate with sales and site teams for order details
Verify stock and billing alignment
Prepare daily/weekly billing reports
Handle cash, UPI, and bank transaction entries
Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation norms

Required Skills

Experience in billing software (preferably Vyapar, Tally, or similar)
Good knowledge of GST, invoices, and basic accounting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple transactions daily
Basic Excel knowledge
