Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage client check-in/check-out processes.

• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments using salon software.

• Handle billing, prepare invoices, process cash/card/UPI payments.

• Maintain daily cash register and reconcile transactions at day-end.

• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in queries promptly.

• Maintain client records and ensure proper follow-up for appointments/packages.

• Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and other staff for smooth service flow.

• Manage reception area to keep it neat, professional, and welcoming.

• Upsell salon services, memberships, and retail products.

• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate if necessary.
