Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Dadri, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices accurately and timely

• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain billing records and documentation

• Coordinate with the accounts department for payment follow-ups

• Communicate with clients regarding billing-related queries

• Ensure compliance with company policies and taxation norms (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Assist in maintaining daily reports and data entry related to billing

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Basic knowledge of billing software or ERP (Tally, Zoho, etc.)

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
