Counter Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Billing Account Executive to manage client accounts, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain up-to-date financial records with a strong emphasis on cash flow tracking and recording. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of billing procedures, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely client invoices based on contractual terms or project milestones.

• Record and reconcile incoming payments (cash, checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accounting software.

• Track and manage cash flow transactions to ensure timely deposits and forecasting.

• Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Communicate billing details and payment status with internal departments and clients.

• Prepare and analyze monthly billing and cash flow reports for management review.

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to revenue and cash flow.
