Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Billing Executive to handle customer billing, payments, and POS operations efficiently while ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate bills for walk-in, takeaway & online orders.

• Manage all types of payments (Cash, UPI, Cards, etc.).

• Operate billing software (POS) and update rates/offers as needed.

• Handle customer queries and assist in order placement.

• Coordinate with the kitchen for custom orders & updates.

• Maintain daily billing records and end-of-day reports.

• Apply discounts, vouchers, and GST correctly.
