Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Operator with hands-on experience in Tally ERP to manage day-to-day billing operations. The role involves preparing and issuing purchase orders, generating sales invoices, creating loading sheets for dispatch, and maintaining accurate inventory and billing records.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and issue sales invoices using Tally ERP.
Prepare purchase orders for stock replenishment.
Create loading sheets and coordinate with dispatch team for daily deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and billing.
Ensure all billing documents are complete and updated in a timely manner.
Reconcile invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.
Support sales and operations team with order documentation and backend data.
Maintain proper filing and backup of all billing-related documents.
