Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with queries and resolve issues.
• Train staff on operations, software, and customer service.
• Maintain records using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ensure smooth communication between the team and clients.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience.
• Experience in grocery store or ( FMCG)supermarket.
