Contribution calculation: Accurately calculate PF and ESI contributions based on monthly payroll data, new employee information, and exit data, ensuring alignment with statutory rates and eligibility criteria.
Challan generation and payment: Prepare and generate electronic challans and ensure timely deposits of PF and ESI contributions to avoid penalties.
Return filing: Prepare and submit periodic statutory returns to the EPFO and ESIC authorities, such as Forms 3A and 6A for PF, and other ESI reports.
Record keeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all PF and ESI-related documents, including challans and returns.
Compliance and audit support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records for inspections by regulatory bodies.
Employee data management: Ensure accurate UAN (Universal Account Number) and ESIC numbers are maintained for all employees.
Regulatory updates: Stay current with changes in PF and ESI laws and regulations and communicate them to relevant internal teams.
Inquiry and grievance handling: Address employee queries related to their PF and ESI benefits and contributions.
