Role and Responsibilities -

Handle PF and ESIC registration for new employees
Process monthly PF & ESIC contributions and challan payments
Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines
Manage employee onboarding and exits related to PF & ESIC (UAN generation, KYC, transfers, withdrawals)
Maintain and update PF & ESIC records and documentation
Resolve PF & ESIC queries raised by employees
Coordinate with PF & ESIC departments and handle inspections or notices
Working hours -
6 days working sun fixed off 3rd and 4th sat will be half day
Office time -
10 Am to 7 Pm
