Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and Gratuity.

• Prepare GST invoice and filing monthly.

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns within deadlines.

• Reconcile payroll data with finance/accounts teams for accuracy.

• Maintain employee records related to attendance, salary, deductions, and benefits.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and compliance.

• Ensure timely disbursement of salary, reimbursements, and settlements.

• Support in audits (internal, external, and statutory) by providing necessary payroll and compliance data.

• Stay updated with changes in labor laws, taxation, and compliance regulations.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and government bodies for compliance-related submissions.
