Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and Gratuity.
Prepare GST invoice and filing monthly.
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns within deadlines.
Reconcile payroll data with finance/accounts teams for accuracy.
Maintain employee records related to attendance, salary, deductions, and benefits.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and compliance.
Ensure timely disbursement of salary, reimbursements, and settlements.
Support in audits (internal, external, and statutory) by providing necessary payroll and compliance data.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, taxation, and compliance regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and government bodies for compliance-related submissions.
