Compliance Executive

• Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) related compliance for all employees.

• Ensure timely PF & ESI registration of new joiners.

• Prepare and submit monthly PF & ESI returns as per statutory deadlines.

• Maintain employee records and update PF & ESI details in HRMS/portal.

• Liaise with EPFO & ESIC offices for queries, inspections, and issue resolution.

• Process PF withdrawals, transfers, and advances as per employee requests.

• Handle ESI benefits claims including medical reimbursement and sickness benefit.

• Keep updated with changes in labour laws related to PF & ESI.

• Prepare compliance reports for management review.

• Support internal and external statutory audits.

  Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PF, ESI rules & regulations.

  • Hands-on experience with EPFO & ESIC portals.
